Contrasting design intentions separate the two homes while similar spatial requirements unite them. On a plot of 1600 square feet, these two duplexes sit on top of each other sharing the same structural grid.
One home is an abode for elements like exposed brick walls, filler slabs, stone, and wooden columns giving it a traditional vibe while the other features white interiors with backlit jali panels, sliding french windows, and contrasting neutral wallpapers.
