SpAArC is a bespoke architectural firm based in Bangalore, established by Architect Tejesh Kumar in 2014. Each client who walks into our office comes with a special dream and we work alongside them to help realise it in ways beyond their vision.

Although we specialise in residential Architecture, over the years we have created a versatile body of work ranging from architecture and interiors of independent homes, corporate offices, commercial, institutional and hospitality spaces. SpAArC strives to understand the requirements of clients and deliver designs that not only suit those requirements but are contemporary, elegant, and unique.
